Job Description:

The Irish Fiscal Advisory Council is an independent statutory body that was set up as part of wider reforms of Ireland’s budgetary architecture. You can find out more on our about the Council page and our publications page.

This summer, we have an exciting opportunity envisaged for two summer interns in the area of economics. The interns will work on a collaborative project that involves analysing and understanding historical public expenditure in Ireland over a long time horizon. Interns will come away from the project with experience of what it is like to work in a professional organisation developing a large-scale research project.

The internships are temporary posts lasting up to ten weeks and attract a stipend of €463.54 per week.
