Publications

The Fiscal Council’s work can be split into three main forms:

1. Regular analysis including the Fiscal Assessment Reports we publish twice a year, our annual Pre-Budget Statements, and our less regular Long-term Sustainability Report.
2. Occasional research including working papers, analytical notes, boxes and datasets we produce as well as our annual conference and various other presentations.
3. Discontinued publications include our assessments of the budgetary rule, of “Stand-Still” costs of public spending, and the Exchequer Monitor. Most of this work has been folded into our regular Fiscal Assessment Reports.
